  • Provide Awesome Timely Service
Services are provided on a timely basis to enable you to receive all you require when you need them – not when it is convenient for us to give it to you.In fact we are so confident about this that if we do not provide services by the date agreed, we will do it at 50% of the cost.
  • Fixed Fees
 We have fixed fees so that you know exactly what our services will cost you. Most bookkeepers charge on an hourly basis. This has never made sense to us. If you think about it, hourly rates work against you because the longer the bookkeeper takes to do your work the more money he makes – at your expense.Our fixed fees also include a subscription to Xero, our bookkeeping software system. This means you never have to worry about software packages, upgrades and back ups. We do everything for you which is included in one monthly fee.We are very open about our fee structure.   • Telephone Calls To Us Are Free
 We do not charge you if you call us to talk to us on the phone. We do this because we want you to call us so that we know what is happening in your business and to advise you correctly.
  • Evening and Weekend Appointments
 We understand that you may be busy during the day and are more than willing to meet you in the evenings or the weekends for no extra charge.
  • Service Commitment

 In fact we have a drinks menu so that you can choose whatever you like – from coffee to beer or even a whiskey
